Term: Within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions: Unused/unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Special sizes/custom orders may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order, we will cover the replacement.

To request a return/exchange: Contact customer service and we will respond with details and shipping instructions.

A visual inspection is permitted according to the shipping company's policy (checking the carton/color/size without use).

If any problems arise within 24–48 hours of receipt, please send us photos and the purchase invoice, and we will replace the item immediately.
