What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments through Kashier using major debit and credit cards.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive your tracking details and delivery updates.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE shipping across Egypt on all orders over EGP 1,500.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Mansouj delivers within Egypt only.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Warranty Policy.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Mansouj products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.

Are your bed sheets made from 100% Egyptian Cotton?
Our Percale and Sateen collections are crafted from premium 100% Egyptian Cotton, carefully selected for exceptional softness, durability, breathability, and long-lasting comfort.
What is the difference between Percale and Sateen?
Although both are made from 100% Egyptian Cotton, they offer different sleeping experiences.
Percale

Sateen
- Smooth and silky
- Soft drape
- Subtle sheen
- Slightly warmer feel
Neither is better—the right choice depends on your personal preference.
What is Jersey bedding?
Jersey bedding is made from 100% cotton knit fabric, similar to the fabric used for premium cotton T-shirts.
Unlike Percale and Sateen, Jersey is knitted rather than woven, giving it natural stretch and exceptional softness.

- Requires little or no ironing

Which bedding collection should I choose?
Choose Percale if you prefer crisp, breathable bedding.
Choose Sateen if you enjoy a silky, luxurious sleeping experience.
Choose Jersey if you want an ultra-soft, relaxed feel that’s easy to care for.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide.
If you’re unsure, our Customer Service team will gladly help you choose the perfect size for your mattress or duvet.
What is a fitted sheet?
A fitted sheet is designed with elastic edges that wrap securely around your mattress, helping it stay in place throughout the night for a smooth, wrinkle-free sleeping surface.
Will my cotton bedding shrink?
Like all natural cotton fabrics, slight shrinkage after the first wash is normal.
Our products are manufactured with this in mind, and following the recommended care instructions helps minimize shrinkage.
Do your sheets require ironing?
Percale and Sateen may develop light wrinkles after washing, which is a natural characteristic of cotton.
Jersey bedding is naturally wrinkle-resistant and usually requires little to no ironing.
How should I wash my bedding?
We recommend washing your bedding according to the care label included with each product.
Proper washing and storage help preserve softness, colour, and durability for years.

What makes Mansouj handmade coverlets unique?
Every Mansouj handmade coverlet is woven by skilled artisans in Akhmim, Egypt, using traditional hand-weaving techniques passed down through generations.
Because each piece is handmade, no two coverlets are exactly alike.
Are handmade coverlets exactly identical?
No.
Small variations in texture and weaving are natural characteristics of authentic handmade craftsmanship and make every piece unique.
